Another perfectly crafted dock was built on a Lake Hancock dock in Winter Garden FL, In Overlook at Hamlin subdivision.
Built in August 2015.
It’s a newly built Old Lake Tibet Dock with two slips; one for boat and second one for two jet skis. The large 15x15 activity deck and both slips are covered with one big hip roof.
132 feet of 4 foot wide walkway with 4 equal sections of closed riser stairs with cable handrail on both sides of the access walkway is leading to the 26x27 terminal platform.
6x6 posts were used as foundation for the dock, and all #1 marine grade lumber as framing.
Vaulted ceiling finished with T1-11 pine siding. 6x6 roof posts are decorated with decorative 2x6 boards on top and the bottom.
TREX SELECT composite decking was face-screwed with ceramic coated steel screws in perfectly straight lines throughout the entire dock.
Solid color stain was used to protect all exposed wood from weathering and extend the lifetime of the dock.
High and low voltage electrical installation was performed by in-house licensed electrician.
Boat hoist and cradle was installed to lift the boat out to the water.
